Corrigendum – I to the proposal for provision of verification services for player registration.

BCCI had invited proposals from reputed entities to acquire the rights and obligations to provide services that entails the provision of verification services for player registration, through a tender process on August 1, 2025. The invitation document issued on August 1, 2025 (“Invitation”) is available here.

Owing to requests from the parties, BCCI has decided to extend the key timelines with respect to the Request for Proposal for verification services for player registration (“RFP”) as follows:

  • Last date to seek clarifications will change from 11th August 2025 to 20th August 2025
  • Last date to purchase the RFP will change from 18th August 2025 to 25th August 2025
  • Date & time for submission of proposals will change from 12:00 PM on 22nd August 2025 to 12:00 PM on 29th August 2025.

The Interested Parties may note the revised following timelines with respect to the RFP:

The RFP will be available to interested parties on receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. All other terms contained in the Invitation shall be applicable.

The procedure to procure the RFP documents is provided under Annexure A of the Invitation.

Any Interested Party wishing to submit a proposal is required to purchase the RFP. However, only those satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in the RFP, as laid down in Annexure B of the Invitation, and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to submit a proposal. It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFP does not entitle any person to submit a proposal.

The BCCI reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or amend the RFP process at any stage in any manner without providing any reason.
