Corrigendum – I to the Request for Proposal for Provision of Photography and Image Licensing Services.
BCCI had invited proposals from reputed entities to acquire the rights and obligations to provide services that entails the provision of photography and image licensing services, through a tender process on August 21, 2025. The invitation document issued on August 21, 2025 (“Invitation”) is available here.
The BCCI hereby informs that certain timelines with regards to the Request for Proposal for Provision of Photography and Image Licensing Services (“RFP”) have been revised as follows:

The RFP will be available to interested parties on receipt of payment of a non-refundable fee of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh Only) plus any applicable Goods and Services Tax. All other terms contained in the Invitation shall be applicable.
The procedure to procure the RFP documents is provided under Annexure A of the Invitation.
Any Interested Party wishing to submit a proposal is required to purchase the RFP. However, only those satisfying the eligibility criteria set out in the RFP, as laid down in Annexure B of the Invitation, and subject to the other terms and conditions set out therein, shall be eligible to submit a proposal. It is clarified that merely purchasing the RFP does not entitle any person to submit a proposal.
The BCCI reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or amend the RFP process at any stage in any manner without providing any reason.
